Outdoor wires are not secured. -0165 (3) (a) The windows have section by window sills with sharp edges, including area by the AC unit indoors. Outdoor area has splintered edges on stairway and handrail area and also by the AC unit in the outdoor area also. There are sharp metal corners, next to the climbable wooden fence outside. -0165 (3) (f) The cubbies, toy kichenette, and shelves in the living room are not secured. The toy storage in the room is also not secured. -0165 (4) (c) Lightbulbs in bathroom are not shatter-resistant. -0165 (4) (f) Openings on outdoor stairway is six inches wide and have gaps wider than 3.5 inches wide. -0165 (5) (a) The electric outlets in room and livingroom are not tamper resistant. -0165 (5) (b) Electric outlet in bathroom is not GFCI type.
